MAKING A BOOKING
One call or email to Corporate Housing and our Client Service team will reply with the list of available options that reflects your budget and location choices. ARRIVING
Corporate Housing offers a personalised “Meet & Greet” at the apartment location upon arrival. After a brief but thorough orientation of the apartment & surrounds, you’ll find our comprehensive Guest Service Directory with local area and apartment information. There will also be a Welcome Hamper filled with goodies to tide you over and an initial supply of laundry products and soaps.
A week or so into your stay, you may be contacted by one of our team to ensure your satisfaction and improve our services for future guests.
DURING YOUR STAY
Our associates will contact you periodically to make sure that your stay with us is a pleasant one. Feel free to contact your local Corporate Housing office with questions or requests. Additionally, our staff is on call 24/7 for emergency service.
DEPARTING
Moving out of your apartment is easy. Our client services team will be in contact with you a couple of days before your departure to confirm arrangements for key handover and to answer any additional questions you may have.
